Internship-Legal

General Summary

We are looking for someone to assist in the Legal department's estate and trust area, mainly with data entry of estate and trust gifts and donor information into a new donor database system, with the potential for some other special projects for the legal department.

This internship will be located in Chicago, IL and the duration is 2-3 months.

  • Interpreting and comprehending collected donor information and translating into new donor database system
  • Analyzing donor data information for completeness 
  • Working closely with the legal department staff to ensure inclusive transfer of estate and trust gift interactions 
  • Assisting staff with Special assignments

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Enrolled in higher education institution 
  • Prior office experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with Intermediate level of proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Prior experience with Team Approach, Personify, and/or other database system preferred
  • Flexible schedule but must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, in blocks of time no less than 3 hours.
