The Alzheimer’s Association - California Central Coast Chapter

Our mission

To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

A world without Alzheimer's disease.

Our brand

The brand of the Alzheimer's Association represents who we are and what we do. It is both a visual symbol of our dual mission of people and science and a commitment that guides us in our daily work in research, advocacy, education, care consultation and support.

During the Association’s 26-year history, we have had five brand logos to reflect our evolution as an organization. The current version, adopted in February 2004, is part of a national public awareness campaign to make Alzheimer’s a national priority.

While we have changed our look over the years; we haven’t veered from our purpose: We’re still the Alzheimer's Association and our vision is a world without Alzheimer’s.

Financial information

The California Central Coast Chapter is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, donor-supported organization. Programs and services are made possible through contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations. The chapter uses 80% of funds raised for programs, services and research efforts.
