Governor Ritter signs HB 1064 into law May 30, 2007, While Alzheimer's Board, staff, volunteers and members of AWARE looked on, Governor Ritter signs HB 1064 which provides additional funding for Project Lifesaver to local law enforcement agencies throughout Colorado. The radio transmitter technology allows families of those with Alzheimer's additional peace of mind should their loved one become disoriented and wander away from home.
