Alzheimer’s Association Round to Remember™ Golf Classic raises nearly $20,000

Rain could not dampen the spirit of 80 golfers that came together to support the Alzheimer’s Association East Central Iowa Chapter at the Beaver Hills Country Club on Monday, June 2nd for the 13th Annual Alzheimer’s Association Round to Remember™ Golf Classic.  The event raised nearly $20,000 for the East Central Iowa Chapter.  Funds raised at the golf event will fund Alzheimer research, education, support and advocacy.

Championship flight winners were Ben Buckley, Bob Buckley, Chuck Yagla and Scott Swansen of Kirk Gross Company and Flo Schall, Linda Laylin, Jane Christianson, Lyn Schumann of Transport Permits, Ltd.
