The Alzheimer's Association - Florida Gulf Coast Chapter in collaboration with the Polk County Better Living for Seniors announces the Second Annual "Think About It Dementia Care Conference," a free educational event for family caregivers. As with last year, the conference will include a resource and educational fair.

When: March 30, 2012, 1 PM - 5:30 PM
Where: Highland Park Nazarene Family Ministries Building (Across from Church)
4730 Lakeland Highlands Rd., Lakeland, FL 33813
Cost: Free for Caregivers

The event includes an educational and informational resource fair, keynote address by neuropsychologist, Dr. Jeff Reddout, multiple workshops, refreshments, door prizes and much more.

FREE respite for caregivers in need can be pre-arranged. Please let us know if you need this service as soon as possible so we can have respite care arranged in plenty of time.

Table Vendor Opportunities for the Educational Health Fair

Our goal for the educational health fair is to educate family caregivers about available programs and services specifically related to Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias.

Display table are available for the first 40 registrants who return a completed Vendor Registration Form along with their $75 registration fee. Active Polk County Better Living for Seniors members will receive a discounted rate of $65. Current Alzheimer's Association-Florida Gulf Coast Chapter Corporate Members will receive a FREE table while tables remain available.
