Iola Snow served as benefits administrator for The Grand Union Company in East Point, GA, from 1980 until her retirement 1998.  In this position, her responsibilities included managing the department, administering medical insurance, life insurance, short term and long term disability programs, and the pension plan and 401-K program for 13,000 employees in 6 divisions plus 3 subsidiaries. 

In addition to her professional experience, Iola has been actively involved in community activities.  She is a charter member of the Georgia Chapter’s Southern Crescent Memory Walk, serving as its TeamWalk chairman in its first year and as its co-chairman for the past three years.
