David Jones is Principal and Executive Compensation Practice Leader in the Consulting Services Division at The Bankers Bank.  The Bankers Bank provides correspondent and investment banking services, as well as financial and consulting services, to over 1,000 community banks primarily in the southeastern U.S.  David specializes in performance-based executive compensation and shareholder-sensitive remuneration for outside directors. He has done considerable volunteer work with the Georgia Chapter, lending his expertise in formulating the compensation plan.
