Changing Gears

Changing Gears is an eight-week education program for those with younger onset or are in the early stages of Alzheimer's.  After the 8 week program, the participants will transition into the Changing Gears Support Group where the PWD and Care Partner will engage in separate Support Groups twice a week.

Caregiver's Day Out

When a caregiver tries to do everything on their own, they may become exhausted. We can help. Caregiver's Day Out gives you time out. Participants with Early to Mid-stage Alzheimer's disease receive life-enhancing social activities with peers in a safe environment.
