Peer-to-Peer Outreach Program

The Early-Stage Peer-to-Peer Outreach Program provides a unique service in which newly diagnosed individuals living with early-stage Alzheimer's or other dementia connect with an Early-Stage Peer Outreach Volunteer through a series of confidential phone calls. Both peer outreach volunteers and the newly diagnosed individual share their experiences living with dementia by engaging in meaningful dialogue.
