The Alzheimer’s Association – Greater Illinois Chapter has developed a new train-the-trainer program for staff of nursing homes, assisted living facilities, supportive living facilities, adult day centers, and home-based agencies. This program consists of four, one-hour modules that are intended to be taught as in-services to direct care staff.

This program will instruct you how to effectively deliver solid and interactive content to your staff on these four topics:
 
1. Making Mealtimes Matter 
2. Coming & Going: Understanding Exit-Seeking Behavior   
3. Recognizing and Reporting Pain  
4. Communicating through Storytelling
