The Alzheimer’s Association counts on 35,000 volunteers nationwide to help fulfill our mission. Please consider joining us to help support the families in Illinois who are currently dealing with Alzheimer’s disease.

Whether you have one hour to spend with us or a few hours each week, we can find the right fit for your interest and skills. Volunteer & Internship opportunities are available at each of our six offices and, in some cases; you may be able to volunteer from the comfort of your own home.

We currently have the following volunteer opportunities available:

• Advocacy
• ALZ Stars
• Event Host
• General Office
• Health Fair Representative
• Point of Purchase Program
• Support Group Facilitator
• Tag Days
• Translation Team
• Walk to End Alzheimer’s
• Special Event/Day of Event
• Special Event Committee

In order to become a volunteer at the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Illinois Chapter, we request that volunteers complete our online application. This will help to inform us of your volunteer interests and availability. At the Chapter, we strive to make your volunteer experience the most rewarding. If you have a specific skill or if you are bilingual, we will work with you to determine the best volunteer position within our organization.
