Education Conference - June 2, 2017

 

The Alzheimer’s Association Greater Indiana Chapter Education Conference is a premier dementia conference —a day filled with dementia education, support, information and resources —for families, friends and professionals across Indiana. Attendees learn from a variety of presenters to better understand the disease and how to best care for those with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Below you will find the topics and breakout sessions.

Continuing Education
5.25 CEUs are available for social workers and health facility administrators.  All other professionals will receive a certificate of attendance. You must register as a professional to receive CEUs or a Certificate of Attendance.
