Welcome Support Group Facilitators,

Thank you for all that you do. You are the arms of the Alzheimer's Association that reach out and comfort the people of our community that are facing this devastating disease. Thank you for providing HOPE!

We have created this section on our Web site dedicated specifically to you – our support group facilitators!

This section will house quarterly updates and is exclusively for Alzheimer’s Association support group facilitators, and not intended for outside audiences. We hope you find this addition helpful. Please share content with your group attendees as appropriate.

Please contact me if there are any questions or suggestions. Enjoy!

  • Please encourage your members to utilize the Safe Return Program. We are working at the government level to be able to utilize the Amber Alert System for people that are missing with Alzheimer’s disease. However, it has been unsuccessful up until now. Please review with them the Julie Webster Story and provide them with copies of the Enrollment Forms.
