Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk®
The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk® is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research.
When: Walks take place throughout the year, primarily in the fall
Where: In communities nationwide

Rita Hayworth Galas
Held in New York City, Dallas and Chicago, these annual galas are major fundraising events honoring legendary film star Rita Hayworth, who died from the disease in 1987.

A Night at Sardi’s is the Alzheimer's Association’s annual celebrity musical-revue gala held in Beverly Hills, California.

A Round to Remember Golf Event
Golfers and those who love the game can help raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's disease.

QUASH - Quest to Unravel Alzheimer's, a citywide Scavenger Hunt
QUASH is different than your ordinary urban scavenger hunt. It's fun. It's challenging. But most important, it's for a good cause. QUASH takes place in three cities this year: Indianapolis, Philadelphia, San Diego and Campus QUASH in Iowa City.

Host your own event
Turn a birthday party, sports event or any other event you can dream up into an opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer cause.

Weddings
Make our cause part of your big day. Ask guests to make donations instead of gifts. Or in place of wedding favors, make a donation in honor of your guests. Use our sample scroll template and invitation wording.

Conferences

Our conferences bring together leaders in Alzheimer research, care and advocacy. Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available for each conference. 

ICAD
Alzheimer's Association International Conference on Alzheimer's Disease (ICAD) brings together the top dementia researchers every  year to engage in a multidisciplinary international exchange of ideas.

Public Policy Forum
Alzheimer advocates from across the country gather at the Forum to learn about key policy priorities and meet with Members of Congress to discuss Alzheimer issues.

Local Alzheimer's Association chapters schedule thousands of education, support and fundraising programs nationwide. To learn about events in your area, check with your local chapter.

Camp Building Bridges
A respite camp for kids and young teens age 13-16 who are caregivers for their parents and/or grandparents. The camp teaches participants about dementia, its impact on their families and how to form peer support groups.

Time For Us summer camp for teens
Time For Us is a great camping opportunity for teens from 13 to 16 years of age who have a loved one with Alzheimer’s disease or a similar diagnosis. Campers will gain knowledge, coping skills, peer support and relationships that may assist them for years to come.
