Fundraising and awareness events

Participate in an Alzheimer's Association event to raise money and awareness in the battle against Alzheimer's disease.

Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk®
The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk® is the nation's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer care, support and research.
When: Walks take place throughout the year, primarily in the fall
Where: In communities nationwide

Rita Hayworth Galas

Princess Yasmin Aga Khan held the first Rita Hayworth Gala in 1985 to honor her mother, actress Rita Hayworth, who died as a result of Alzheimer's disease. The event has grown into a premier social event, hosted in three cities nationwide: Chicago, New York and the newly added Dallas.
 
The  Rita Hayworth Galas have raised over $53 million for the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association. These funds, combined with other donations, have helped the Association raise more than $265 million since 1984.

The National Alzheimer's Gala
Held in Washington, D.C., this annual gala raises funds for Alzheimer research and support programs.

A Night at Sardi’s is the Alzheimer's Association’s annual celebrity musical-revue gala held in Beverly Hills, California.

QUASH - Quest to Unravel Alzheimer's, a citywide Scavenger Hunt
QUASH is different than your ordinary urban scavenger hunt. It's fun. It's challenging. But most important, it's for a good cause.

Host your own event
Turn a birthday party, sports event or any other event you can dream up into an opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for the Alzheimer cause.

Weddings

Conferences

Our conferences bring together leaders in Alzheimer research, care and advocacy. Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available for each conference. 

Alzheimer's Action Summit/Advocacy Forum
The Alzheimer's Action Summit includes four exciting events held over three days: The Advocacy Forum, Diversity Dialogue, Corporate Roundtable and the National Alzheimer's Gala.

ICAD
Alzheimer's Association International Conference on Alzheimer's Disease (ICAD) brings together the top dementia researchers every  year to engage in a multidisciplinary international exchange of ideas.
