Information and Referral Coordinator
The Alzheimer’s Association, Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter is seeking to hire a qualified candidate for our Information and Referral Coordinator position. Essential job functions include providing information and assistance over the phone and in person, maintaining and updating resource/educational materials, working with Helpline volunteers, and other duties. A Bachelor's degree in a health services field is preferred or a minimum of 2 years experience in information and assistance services. Knowledge of Dementia and experience working with caregivers and persons with dementia is preferred. Competitive salary and benefits.
