Community Outreach Coordinator, Waukesha County
The Alzheimer’s Association, Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter is seeking to hire a qualified candidate to provide outreach services and programming specifically focused in Waukesha County. A Bachelor’s degree in a health services field is preferred or a minimum of 2 years experience in support services delivery/outreach. Successful candidates will be energetic, reliable, willing to travel, and knowledgeable about Alzheimer’s disease and related forms of dementia, Alzheimer’s Association services, dementia community resources and experience working in Waukesha County.
