  The Alzheimer’s Association, Western New York Chapter, provides education and training sessions for virtually everyone—the general public, family caregivers, individuals with dementia and healthcare professionals. All education and training options    
can be customized to meet the needs of individuals and organizations.


FREE, once-a-month, on-line education programs to help FAMILY CAREGIVERS who may not be able to travel to attend one of our classes or programs. You must register via email to secure the log-in information for these lunch-hour programs. Send your request to: program.wny@alz.org.

This day-long education conference for family and professional caregivers includes keynote speakers renowned in the field of dementia care. Local experts also provide information targeted to professionals and families with hands-on demonstrations, techniques for identifying, averting and re-focusing difficult behaviors and Q&A sessions.
