We have about 30 different support groups, which meet at various times and locations, throughout our
Western New York service area (which includes Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans
and Wyoming counties). Caregiver support groups provide caregivers with an opportunity to share stories, information
and resources with each other in a confidential environment. There is no minimum attendance requirement, so feel free to come just once to check it out, or every single time the group meets.

Every year, we offer a special six-week Coping with the Loss of a Loved One support group. This specialized Alzheimer’s Association support group focuses on the changes that individuals experience after the death of a loved one, helps to foster positive memories and provides an atmosphere of mutual support, understanding and confidentiality.
