The annual Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Since 1989, this inspiring event has mobilized participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against Alzheimer's disease.

On The Longest Day, teams around the world come together to honor the strength, passion and endurance of those facing Alzheimer's with a day of activity. Held on the summer solstice, June 21, 2015, this event calls on participants to raise funds and awareness to advance the efforts of the Alzheimer's Association.

Alzheimer's & Brain Awareness Month (ABAM)
Throughout the month of June, the Alzheimer's Association helps spreads global awareness of our vision of a world without Alzheimer's. The highlight of this month is the celebration of The Longest Day on June 21. We encourage everyone on this day to "Go Purple" to show their support to end Alzheimer's -- one of the largest diseases impacting the brain.
President Ronald Reagan designated November as National Alzheimer's Disease Awareness Month in 1983. November is also Family Caregivers Month. During the month, we share our new and best resources, plus ways you can help raise awareness for Alzheimer's and honor millions of caregivers.

Hilarity for Charity is an annual event hosted by Seth Rogen and his wife, Lauren Miller. Through a night of laughter and entertainment, the event raises awareness and funds inspired by the idea that Alzheimer's should no longer be considered just an "old person's" disease, and is in fact an epidemic that people of all ages should be fighting against.
