The Alzheimer's Association - Eastern North Carolina Chapter is one of two chapters in North Carolina that provide education, awareness, advocacy and support to all those impacted by Alzheimer's and other dementia. We are advocating for your needs and rights, and advancing critical research toward methods of treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.
