    Walk to End Alzheimer's

Come walk with us! The Alzheimer's Association Walk is the nation’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. We need volunteers who can help plan, promote and work the day of the event at one of our five Walks throughout the state. You can also form a walking team of family, friends or co-workers.

    The Longest Day

Join The Longest Day Committee to help recruit participants, provide coaching on fundraising and event planning for a range events from parties and BBQ's to sporting events and crafting, and spread the word about this exciting initiative.

    Alzheimer’s Advocate

Help shape laws at the federal, state or local level by sharing your story with legislators and educating them about Alzheimer’s related issues. Association advocates have successfully raised government funds for Alzheimer’s research and improved access to care and support services for people in their communities.

    Board Member

The Board of Excellence is a group of well-connected and influential volunteers who advance the mission and vision of the Alzheimer’s Association. The board works in close collaboration with chapter staff and fellow community leaders to advance the organization’s strategic implementation plan priorities and amplify reach in all communities by building and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders while fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.

    Community Representative

Community Representatives manage booths or tables at local community events and fairs. These volunteers share information with attendees on all that the Alzheimer's Association offers through programs, events, and advocacy efforts. This key role helps connect new audiences with our resources in their communities. This is an opportunity with many weekend and evening options.
