Support Groups

If someone you care about is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia, there is something you can do to help them and yourself. Plan to visit an Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group this month.

We offer support groups in various locations for all individuals affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

Find all current information on support groups here.

Groups are facilitated by trained volunteers. Groups are available for particular types of caregivers including Adult Children, Younger Onset, and Lewy Body Dementia.

Following all current state and local health and venue site guidelines regarding masks, social distancing and meeting size, the Central Ohio Chapter offer some support groups both in-person and virtually.

Volunteers and event participants are encouraged to be vaccinated, but it is not required. Wearing masks are optional unless required by the host venue site.

The community can call the Central Ohio Chapter at 614.457.6003 for additional information.
