Memories in the Making® Note Cards

Memories in the Making® is an art program for individuals in the early and middle stages of Alzheimer's disease or other dementia, which offers the opportunity for creativity and expression through the visual arts. Participants in the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati's Memories in the Making® program created the artwork on these cards, which are made possible by a generous donation from Roger & Carol Rosenthal in honor of Annette Rosenthal and Eva Vilensky.

The cards are available in sets of 10 for a $15 donation. The collection includes ten different artworks (1 of each design). 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these cards benefits the Memories in the Making program of the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati. Each pack includes 10 blank note cards (4¼ x 5½ ) with white envelopes.

To purchase note cards, click here for an order form.

Anyone wishing to order hand-made note cards (proceeds will benefit our Chapter) may contact Jerri Hanus at

If you have questions, please call the main office of the Greater Cincinnati Chapter at (513) 721-4284.
