The Body-Brain Connection: Lifestyle interventions to reduce the risk of cognitive decline The Alzheimer's Association is funding a 2 year clinical trial to evaluate whether certain lifestyle interventions protect cognitive function in older adults. Laura Baker, Ph.D., Principal Investigator of the U.S. POINTER Study, will explain the brain-body health connection and identify ways to reduce the risk of cognitive decline. The program will be presented in conjunction with the Connecticut Chapter Medical Scientific Advisory Council (MSAC) and the Yale Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC).
