Volunteer opportunities throughout the Delaware Valley
As an Alzheimer’s Association volunteer, you can make a meaningful impact for people and families impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia in your community. With support groups, education programs, awareness opportunities, advocacy initiatives, fundraising events and more, we have volunteer options for you at the Delaware Valley Chapter.Provide Support and Education in Your Community
As a program volunteer, you can:
- Increase awareness of Alzheimer’s Association programs and services
- Deliver education presentations
- Forge partnerships with community and faith organizations
- Organize engaging social activities for individuals living with dementia
- Facilitate support groups for dementia caregivers
- Assist with data entry, and more!
Special Events and Fundraising Volunteers
By becoming an events or fundraising volunteer, you can:
- Help plan, execute, and assist at events such as the Walk to End Alzheimer’s® and The Longest Day®
- Serve on event planning committees or leadership teams.
- Represent the Alzheimer’s Association at other special events such as Party In Purple: Mission Impact Gala and Run to Remember.

By advocating on behalf of those living with Alzheimer's and dementia and their families in Delware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and across the nation, Delaware Valley Chapter advocates help pass critical bipartisan legislation in Congress, increase federal research funding and advance state policy priorities.
