Dear Family and Friends,

Mother's Day is a time to honor the mothers and women who've shaped our lives. Matriarchs. Generations of Women. Mothers & Daughters.

Losing my mother and grandmother to Alzheimer's motivates me every day to fight this disease, but even more so on Mother's Day. This year will be especially bittersweet, as our family lovingly remembers our father, Marshall M. Gelfand. In April, we said goodbye to the man who has inspired us with his dedication to protecting future generations from the devastation of Alzheimer's. Eighteen years ago, he established The Judy Fund in tribute to my mother and her courageous battle against Alzheimer's. Through The Judy Fund, we honor her and others lost to Alzheimer's while working tirelessly to change the trajectory of the disease.

My family and I are incredibly grateful and touched by your ongoing commitment to The Judy Fund. Your generous support has a profound impact on the fight against the disease that took my mother, and so many other strong women, from us too soon. Together, we look forward to one day achieving our vision of a world without Alzheimer's.

On behalf of the Gelfand family and all families affected by Alzheimer's, thank you for your support of The Judy Fund.

Sincerely,
Elizabeth Gelfand Stearns Elizabeth Gelfand Stearns
