People with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia and their family caregivers are invited to join us for these creative programs. Participants will create various projects -- either using a suggested theme or using one of their own. Sessions are held in different counties throughout the year.

Something for Alz:
Arts Connecting People

Dutchess County

11 a.m. to noon
Every Wednesday in October
Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center
Vassar College, Poughkeepsie 

With art therapist Michelle Olsen. Participants will meet at the gallery and look at the art work, then create their own impressions of the work through creative expressions such as drawing, watercolor or poetry.
