The purpose of Early Stage Support Groups is to provide a safe and supportive environment for people who are living in the early stages of dementia and their care partners. These groups offer dementia-related education, emotional support, and connections with resources.

Early Stage Telephone Support Group

Have you been diagnosed with Mild Cognitive Impairment, an early stage of Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia? Is a phone call more convenient than an in person group? If so, join us by phone for an educational and supportive gathering of individuals from across the state with a similar diagnosis.

These monthly phone calls will provide an opportunity to connect with others, explore challenges, share insights and learn about community resources.

For more information, contact Peggy Rubenstein, Care Navigator at 847.324.0364.
