The health and safety of our constituents, volunteers and staff remain our driver as we address the COVID-19 outbreak and as we continue to pursue our mission, today and in the longer term.
Based on the guidance from local public health agencies, all in-person education programs with the Heart of America Chapter have been rescheduled. However, we are pleased to announce a VIRTUAL EDUCATION schedule that anyone who has internet access can participate in.
All education programs will be facilitated by ZOOM video conferencing. A unique registration link is provided below for each conference. During the registration process, the Zoom video conference link will be provided.
Please join us for all of our virtual education opportunities listed below. Thank you for your patience as we work to serve all those affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementia.
If you have any questions about these virtual learning opportunities, please contact Erik Wray, Program Manager at email@example.com or call 800.272.3900.
Currently our physical office is closed. But when we reopen, if you are not looking for a class or workshop, but you are looking for resources you can review at your convenience, perhaps you will want to visit our Resource Library at our Main Office. While at our office, feel free to pickup a copy of ALZ Magazine, an informative collection of feature articles to keep you informed about Alzheimer's disease and what the Alzheimer's Association is doing in the communities we serve.
