Coming May 2018 in Louisville and Lexington

While there has never been a more critical time in our fight against Alzheimer’s disease, we truly believe hope is all around us. This breakfast is an opportunity for you to join our efforts to change the path of Alzheimer’s. You’ll learn about the vital work of the Alzheimer’s Association, including the care and support we provide to families and the latest advances in research. Together, we can make a difference for the 70,000 people currently living with Alzheimer’s in our state and their caregivers.

For more information on attending, hosting a table, or sponsorship opportunities contact Sommer Lally at sdlally@alz.org.
