*Like many of you, our organization has recently had to make some difficult decisions, including postponing our 2020 Conferences. We felt it was important to reschedule our Caregiver’s Conference and New York State Professional Conference to provide support and hope to our constituents during a particularly challenging year. As we looked to reschedule these Conferences for the fall, the only dates available were Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29. Regrettably, one of those dates falls on Yom Kippur, the most solemn and holy day of the Jewish calendar. While we always try our hardest to avoid having events on religious-observed holidays, we have decided to move forward with the only dates available to us. It was not a decision made lightly, as we know this will impact some of our caregivers. To that end, we will be videotaping all key sessions to share with our friends in the Jewish community. We are also exploring co-presenting a program with the Jewish Family Services of Northeastern New York later in the fall and will provide an update as soon as we have more details.

Please reach out directly with any questions.
