    LBGTQ+ Community Forum

    All are welcome to attend this Community Forum listening session to share your experience with Alzheimer’s disease as an LGBTQ+ person or ally and discuss how the Association can best serve 
    the LGBTQ+ community. By fostering open dialogue, our intent is to gather insights that will be instrumental in addressing the existing gaps in support and resources. Out for Health, a division of Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, that provides outreach, education, support and connection to services, and advocacy about the importance of LGBTQ+ inclusivity in care and education, will be joining us to share the programs and services they offer. Lunch will be served.
