The Alzheimer’s Association is pleased to offer assistance to help family caregivers to attend an Association support group, program or event. This “Sitter Service” is separate from and in addition to the caregivers respite voucher program.
If a no-cost, in-home patient sitter is needed so that the caregiver can attend a monthly support group meeting, education program or Alzheimer's Association event such as Walk to End Alzheimer's, please call 800-272-3900 at least 2 weeks in advance of the chapter activity that you wish to attend.
