Please join the Alzheimer’s Association to ask questions, voice your concerns, learn about local resources, and get involved. We would like to hear from families and individuals affected by Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia to learn from your perspective and discuss how we can better help and support families in the your area.

The conversation about Alzheimer’s, dementia or memory loss often begins atthe doctor’s office. But what about after a life-changing diagnosis?
Join the Alzheimer’s Association and the Lowcountry Area Agency on Aging for a free program to get helpful information and to discuss the needs of impacted families in Ridgeland and the surrounding communities.
We know that a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or dementia brings difficult challenges for those affected. This program includes an education program about Alzheimer’s and related dementia, tips to communicate effectively and ways to address common behaviors as dementia progresses. This is also an open forum to ask questions, voice concerns, learn about local resources, and get involved.
