World Alzheimer's Month 2013

In honor of Alzheimer's Action Day on September 21, 2013, we held a fundraiser at all area Ruby Tuesday Restaurants (Hampton Roads only). 20% of your purchases that day will go to your local Walk to End Alzheimer's!

World Alzheimer's Month 2012

In honor of World Alzheimer's Month in 2012, we focused on ways to reduce and overcome stigma.

We were also lucky enough to have our Board President, Dave Stephens, and his friends Darren Gerlach and TJ Prieur, walk over 200 miles to D.C. in honor of Alzheimer's Action Day and to raise money for their walk teams. They encouraged politicians to vote for the President's proposal for an additional $100 million investment for Alzheimer's research, care, and support in 2013. See their journey here: or
