Cognitive Impairment Recognition in Acute Care

The Alzheimer's Association provides a resource toolkit for acute care hospitals to improve care for patients with cognitive impairment through recognition and universal observations.

The toolkit is designed to provide hospitals with resources to adapt to best serve their unique setting to implement cognitive impairment recognition in all departments.
