The Alzheimer's Association California Central Coast Chapter, Care & Support, is proud to partner with community agencies throughout the tri-counties area to further our goal of bringing critical education and support to all those affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias.

All of our partners share core values that align with the values of the Alzheimer's Association. Prospective partners must:

• Show a meaningful dedication to the mission of the Alzheimer's Association;

• Practice open communication;
• Promote teamwork and volunteerism for activities that are nonpromotional in nature.
