The Alzheimer's Association is hosting "Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body," a session designed to share valuable insights on maintaining cognitive health and overall well-being as we age. This informative event will emphasize the importance of lifestyle choices, such as diet and exercise, in promoting brain health. In addition, Texas A&M AgriLife will present a cooking demo focused on the Mediterranean diet, showcasing delicious and nutritious recipes that support heart health, brain function, and a balanced lifestyle. Together, this event will offer practical tips for living a healthy life with a focus on both mind and body wellness.

The Alzheimer's Association Dallas and Northeast Texas Chapter is proud to present Esperanza Para Mañana, a free educational program focused on healthy aging and caregiving for an aging loved one.
Topics covered at this event include Brain health, strategies for healthy aging, fraud prevention,healthy cooking demonstration, caregiving strategies and resources.
Attendees will hear from area experts to help provide guidance and support for families who are caregiving and individuals navigating the challenges of aging. This program will be delivered in English and Spanish. Registration is required.
