Support Our Mission

The New England Family Conference is proudly brought to you in part by the funding raised through Alzheimer's Association events. To get involved and help support our mission check out some of the great opportunities we offer.

The Longest Day

The Longest Day is the do-it-yourself fundraising event to support the mission of the Alzheimer's Association. Pick any activity and any date, and invite your community to participate and donate. From lemonade stands, bowling, fishing, crafting, to game nights, barbecues, and pickleball, the possibilities are endless! On the longest day of the year, the summer solstice, we will honor and remember all those affected by Alzheimer's and dementia and celebrate our fundraising efforts to #ENDALZ.

48 Peaks

Use your passion for hiking to help end Alzheimer’s. In one collective effort, 400+ hikers will climb NH's 4,000 footers, or create their own hiking challenge, to support the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association. Our annual hiker celebration will take place Saturday, June 8th at Rek’-Lis Brewing Co. in Bethlehem, NH with raffles, food and an amazing community! Hike that weekend, or any day you want! Let’s turn the white mountains purple to END ALZ!

Walk to End Alzheimer's®

Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, Walk to End Alzheimer's® is the world's largest fundraiser for Alzheimer's care, support and research. This event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease. While there is no fee to register, all participants are encouraged to raise critical funds that allow the Alzheimer’s Association to provide 24/7 care and support and advance research toward prevention, treatment and, ultimately, a cure.
