SF Marathon Charity Partner

You can run a 5k, half marathon or full marathon while raising money for The Longest Day! The Alzheimer's Association is proud to be one of the charity partners of the San Francisco Marathon. Your strides on the streets of San Francisco can make a meaningful impact by raising vital funds and spreading awareness for those living with Alzheimer's or another dementia.
