Funding from the Alzheimer's Association supports the application of a framework for person-centered approaches to data collection and data sharing through a registry, building off of prior work by Aapti and Sage Bionetworks. This includes considerations around data sharing principles. Alzheimer’s Network for Treatment and Diagnostics (ALZ-NET) is a voluntary provider-enrolled patient registry that collects information on treatments for Alzheimer’s disease from patients being evaluated for or treated with novel FDA-approved Alzheimer’s therapies. Working closely with the ALZ-NET team, this project will inform the data use and sharing commitee structure.
