Adrian L. Oblak, Ph.D.
Adrian L. Oblak, Ph.D., is an associate professor in Indiana University School of Medicine’s Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences. Dr. Oblak’s research investigates how modulating certain gene variants, like INPP5D, can impact brain inflammation, key features in Alzheimer’s disease progression. Dr. Oblak seeks to provide therapeutic strategies to slow or prevent neurodegeneration. In addition to her research, she collaborates with international scientific teams through the IU/JAX/PITT Alzheimer’s Disease Precision Models Center, developing animal models for Alzheimer’s disease research.
