    Aimee NolanAimee Nolan is a member of the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors. She is the general counsel of Zoro, where she develops and advises on a risk-aware legal strategy aligned with the company's fast-paced, high-growth endless assortment e-commerce model.

    Before joining Zoro in 2024, Nolan served as the vice president and associate general counsel for W.W. Grainger, Inc. Her team was responsible for legal support of technology and e-commerce matters as well as privacy, data protection and security, marketing and advertising, global product sourcing, indirect procurement and all aspects of Grainger's IP portfolio. These included patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights and domain names. Since 2017, Nolan has served on the Alzheimer's Association Illinois Chapter Board. She is a member of the International Women's Forum, an executive member of the board of directors of the Judd Goldman Adaptive Sailing Foundation, and a board member of the North Shore Exchange. Nolan was named a Crain's 2022 Notable Nonprofit Board Leader. She earned her bachelor of arts from Michigan State University and her juris doctor from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Nolan also participated in the KMI Executive Management Program at Northwestern University.

    Nolan was elected to the Alzheimer's Association Board of Directors in 2024.
