Nancy Westcott worked for more than 30 years in the medical device and health care services industry, with ever increasing responsibilities in finance and administration.
From large companies to venture backed start-ups, she raised millions of dollars in the private and public markets, managed foreign exchange and international treasury affairs, oversaw pension assets and 401(k) administration, and led corporate communications and investor relations. Retiring from her most recent chief financial officer position, she has dedicated her time and energy as a volunteer.
Westcott chaired the Alzheimer’s Association’s Northern California and Northern Nevada chapter board and the chapter’s diversity, equity & inclusion committee, is active in Alzheimer’s advocacy, and participates on several chapter fundraising committees. She is a newly elected board member of Women Donors Network, having previously served as its Immigration Circle co-chair. For ten years, Westcott served as a board member and treasurer of Bay Nature Institute and has had numerous alumna leadership roles in the Kappa Kappa Gamma fraternity.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Idaho and her MBA from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.
Westcott was elected to the board of directors in 2022.
